Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to ICargo Partner. It explains which
permissions the app requests, why they are needed, how data is processed, and how you can manage or
delete data. Important: ICargo Partner does not permanently store, sell, or share user personal
data with third parties.
1. Introduction
ICargo Partner respects your privacy and complies with Google Play Developer Program Policies and Apple App
Store Review Guidelines. This policy describes the limited device permissions we request to enable core
features such as issue reporting, support chat and SOS emergency assistance.
2. Permissions We Use (Full Details)
Our app requests only the minimum permissions required for core functionality. We do not
access contacts, SMS, call logs, or other unrelated personal data.
2.1 Camera Permission (android.permission.CAMERA)
- Purpose: Capture photos or videos when drivers report delivery issues (for example:
damaged goods, proof-of-delivery, vehicle condition).
- When requested: Only when the user explicitly taps a capture/camera action inside the
app.
- User control: You can deny or revoke camera permission anytime from device settings.
- Data handling: Captured media is sent to the support team to resolve issues. Media is
not stored permanently or shared with third parties.
2.2 Media & Gallery Permission (android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES,
android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO)
- Purpose: Allow drivers to select and upload existing photos/videos from the device
gallery to support chat or issue reports.
- When requested: Only when the user taps "Upload from Gallery" or chooses media to
attach.Even after granting, you may revoke access anytime, and all other features of the app remain
functional.
- User control: You can revoke access anytime. The app cannot browse your gallery without
your explicit action.
- Data handling: Uploaded media is used solely for support and issue resolution and not shared with third parties.
This permission is never used for analytics, advertising, or any hidden collection. It functions strictly on
explicit user action (similar to industry practices in apps like Uber Driver and Straightaway).
With these refinements, our Media & Gallery section will be very clear to Google reviewers and aligned with
policies of established apps. This should minimize risk of further rejection.
2.3 Microphone / Audio Recording Permission (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO)
- Purpose: Enable drivers to record voice messages describing issues (for example:
accident details, road condition, delivery exception).
- When requested: Only when the user taps the "Record Audio" button inside the app.
- User control: Users can deny or revoke recording permission anytime. The app does
not perform any background audio recording.
- Data handling: Voice messages are transmitted securely to the support team and are not
stored permanently.
2.4 Location Permission (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION)
- Purpose:
- Foreground location: Real-time tracking during trips to assist with delivery monitoring
and support.
- Background location: Continuous tracking during SOS/emergency situations even when the
app is minimized so support can locate the driver quickly.
- Use cases: Live location sharing with the support team; locating drivers during SOS;
verifying driver position for incident resolution.
- User control: Requested at first use; users may choose "Allow while using the app" or
"Allow always". Location permission can be revoked anytime from device settings. Note: revoking will
disable SOS and other live-support features.
- Data handling: Location is used only in real-time for support and emergency purposes.
We do not permanently store location history.
3. How Permissions Are Used
Camera & Gallery: Photo/video reporting and attaching media in support chat.
Microphone: Voice message reporting to support.
Location: Live tracking, navigation support and SOS emergency assistance.
⚠️ Permissions are never used in the background for advertising, analytics, or hidden tracking.

5. Account & Data Deletion
Users can delete their account anytime from the app (if the feature exists) or by contacting us at industrialcargo5@gmail.com. Once deleted, all temporary data
(images, videos, audio and location logs) will be permanently erased from our processing systems.
6. Data Protection
- Encrypted transmission: All chats, media and location data are transmitted using
encrypted channels.
- Secure servers: Temporary processing occurs on protected infrastructure with access
control.
- Minimal retention: Data retained only as long as required for support and then removed.
7. User Control
Users may grant or revoke permissions anytime from their device settings. Certain features (SOS, live
tracking, media reporting) may not function without the necessary permissions. For account deletion or

8. Third-Party Services
ICargo Partner may use trusted third-party services (for example, map providers or payment gateways). Those
services have separate privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices. Please review their
terms before using such features.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to comply with Google Play Developer Policies, Apple App
Store Guidelines, or local regulations. Major updates will be communicated via the app.
